A Private First Look for Business Owners

    The 30-Day Test

A proposed small group working session for business owners

If your business is your retirement plan, what has to be true for that plan to work?

We are testing interest before planning anything. No date, venue, or price has been set, and joining the list is not registration.

    The Retirement Illusion

A valuable company is not automatically retirement income.

Many owners have spent years building something worth real money. But value on paper and income you can live on are two different things.

When the key decisions, the best customer relationships, and the know how all sit with you, the business may be hard to step away from, and harder for anyone else to run.

That gap is easy to miss until a transition forces the question.

    Heard us on the radio?

On air you heard one question.
    The room would go deeper.

The broadcast asks what would stop working if you stepped away for 30 days. We are exploring The 30-Day Test, a proposed small group working session for business owners who want to answer that question with their own business in front of them. Owners attend, and a spouse or business partner is welcome.

    01

    The Business Readiness Scorecard

A practical working tool to see how much of the business still runs through you.

    02

    One owner dependence gap

Name the single decision, relationship, or piece of know how that would be hardest to hand off.

    03

    A focused 30 day action

Leave with one clear step you can take in the next 30 days, not a binder of ideas.

    The first room

    Being explored, not announced.

We are considering a small founding group so the session stays practical and hands on. That group will be invited only if enough qualified business owners raise a hand.

Owners on the first notice list hear first. If The 30-Day Test moves forward, you receive the proposed date, location, and price, and a priority invitation, before any broader announcement. A priority invitation is not a guaranteed place.

You decide then. Raising your hand records interest only. It is not registration or a reservation, and it creates no obligation.

    Who should raise a hand?

Owners who want to see the gap before it matters.

    • You are not sure how much your business depends on you day to day.
    • You are starting to think about your next chapter, even if it is years away.
    • You would rather prepare now than wait until a transition becomes urgent.
    • You want your spouse or business partner in the same conversation.
